Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling All deliveries inside the local delivery zone are made by our own company vans. All other deliveries outside of the local delivery zone are made by either Royal Mail or an express parcel distribution service, one that offers great reliability, security and flexibility.
The standard rate of £3.85 is a 24/48-Hour service that covers delivery to England, Scotland, Wales, Belfast, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Western Isles, Shetland & Orkney, and Channel Isles. For orders containing FLUORESCENT TUBES, SUNBED TUBES or LIGHT FITTINGS the delivery charge is £6.00 per order as they need to be sent via Courier
Please note, later guaranteed delivery times apply for remote parts of Scotland, delivery to Channel Islands and the Isle of Man can be delayed by Customs. Large orders that have to be sent via courier to remote parts of Scotland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man may be charged more for delivery. |
| Delivery Schedule The majority of bulbs orders are dispatched within 24 hours subject to stock availability. Light Fittings are ordered specifically for the customer, but this will be a matter of a few days delay. Sockets and Switches do take longer to be sent due to the huge range that we stock. Please call for help. |

Returns Policy GB Bulbs will refund or replace goods that are received damaged before or on delivery, if we are notified by telephone or writing within 7 days of delivery. It is very important that any items that are said to be faulty are returned to GB Bulbs packed as they arrive to the customer, to ensure they are received unbroken for inspection and testing. No returns will be refunded or changed if sent back to the company in jiffy bags or unboxed. All returns should be sent 2nd Class Royal Mail unless otherwise stated.It is company policy to replace broken or faulty items rather than refund the value of the goods. Please note the return of non faulty goods will incur a restocking charge. Once returns are received at GB Bulbs, replacements will be dispatched. Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
